The AllSpace Hub designs and facilitates craft-based wellbeing workshops across three formats each grounded in the same principles of accessible creativity, psychological intention, and community connection.
Open-to-all sessions held in Dubai for anyone looking to slow down, create something meaningful, and connect with like-minded people. These workshops are designed for complete beginners and require no artistic experience. Past and current workshops include The Recharge Guide (a visual, personalized alternative to doomscrolling), Play with Clay (grounding through hands-on pottery and sculpting), Booked and Crafted (journaling, collage, and creative reflection through mixed media), and Punch Card Party (a tactile habit-tracking tool for intentional personal growth). Each session is intimate, unhurried, and designed so that participants leave with a tangible creation they can use in their daily life.
Tailored creative wellbeing sessions designed for teams and organisations. The AllSpace Hub brings evidence-informed, art-based activities into workplace settings to support employee wellbeing, team connection, and stress reduction. These sessions are fully customizable whether it’s a one-off team-building experience, an ongoing wellbeing series, or a creative component integrated into an existing training programme. Khadija’s background in employee wellbeing and group facilitation ensures that corporate sessions are both psychologically grounded and genuinely engaging.
Bespoke sessions for private groups birthdays, gatherings, parent groups, friend circles, or any occasion where people want to come together and make something. These workshops are designed around the group’s needs and interests, with all materials provided. Whether you want a calming evening of clay work, a reflective journaling session, or a creative experience tailored to a specific theme, we design it for you.
Across all formats, every The AllSpace Hub workshop shares these qualities:
No art experience needed just curiosity and presence. Evidence-informed design drawing from CBT, mindfulness, and craft psychology. A tangible takeaway every participant leaves with something they made. A warm, judgment-free, facilitated environment designed for connection.
Not at all — and most of our participants don’t have any. In fact, one of the things people tell us they love most is trying something they’ve never done before. We guide you through everything step by step. No skill required, no judgment, just a willingness to try.
You’ll be welcomed into a small, intimate group with all materials provided. Each session starts with a brief introduction and a ice-breaker or reflective moment, followed by a hands-on creative activity with gentle guidance throughout. There’s space for conversation, quiet focus, or both — whatever feels right for you. Sessions typically run between 2 and 3 hours depending on the format, and you’ll leave with something tangible you made yourself.
Every workshop is designed so you leave with a physical creation — whether that’s a personalized visual guide, a clay piece, or a punch card system. These aren’t just decorative objects — they’re functional tools designed to support your wellbeing beyond the session. Past participants have told us they stick their creations on their fridge, mirror, or desk as daily reminders to pause and reconnect.
No. The AllSpace Hub is not a clinical or therapeutic service. However, our workshops are designed by a trained counseling professional and draw from evidence-based principles like CBT, mindfulness, narrative therapy, and craft psychology. We describe our approach as “not therapy, but therapeutic.” If you’re looking for a brief explanation of the psychology behind each activity, we weave that into every session.
Our community is a mix of working professionals, parents, creatives, new UAE residents, and anyone curious about doing something different with their downtime. Ages range from mid-20s to late 30s and beyond. Most people come alone and leave having met someone new — that’s one of the things our participants consistently say they value most.
Not at all. Most of our participants come solo, and our sessions are designed to make connection feel natural and easy. When your hands are busy making something, conversation happens without the pressure of forced socialising. It’s one of the things people love most about AllSpace Hub workshops.
We keep our workshops intentionally small and intimate — usually between 8 and 15 people. Participants have told us this makes a real difference. It means everyone gets individual attention, and the atmosphere stays warm and personal rather than overwhelming.
We currently hold community workshops roughly once a month or once every two months, depending on the season and schedule. Corporate and private workshops are available on request. Follow us on Instagram @theallspace.ae to stay updated on upcoming dates.
Pricing varies depending on the format, activity, and group size. For community workshops, pricing is shared when sessions are announced. For corporate and private bookings, use our Enquire Now form and we’ll put together a tailored quote.
Absolutely. Our workshops are open to everyone. We’d love to see a more diverse mix of participants and we actively welcome people of all genders.
A: We’re based in Dubai, UAE. We currently have a collaboration with Excelca Cafe in Garhoud, where our community workshops are held. That said, locations can sometimes vary depending on the group’s preference or the nature of the session. For private and corporate workshops, we can come to your preferred location. Follow us on Instagram @theallspace.ae for venue details when sessions are announced.
For community workshops, we typically include light refreshments — drinks and snacks. We collect dietary requirements during registration so we can accommodate restrictions. If you have specific needs, just let us know when you sign up.
