The AllSpace Hub started with something simple ; a desire to make more things with our hands, spend less time on screens, and find other people who felt the same way. A Dubai-based creative wellbeing project that designs and leads workshops using simple, accessible art practices to help people pause, reflect, and build real community.
What began as a personal pull toward arts, crafts, and intentional living quickly became something bigger. We discovered what research in craft psychology has long supported: that the act of creating something working with texture, colour, and physical materials does something profound for the mind. It slows us down. It reconnects us to our senses. It gives us back a kind of presence that digital life steadily erodes.
We live in a digital-heavy world that leaves many people feeling overstimulated, disconnected, and mentally fatigued.
The AllSpace Hub offers:
What makes us different is that our workshops are led by a CDA licensed Psychologist with experience in behavioural based interventions. Thats why each session is psychologically informed and designed with emotional regulation, reflection, and real-life integration in mind.
This isn’t just an art class, and it isn’t therapy.
It’s a guided creative experience grounded in mental health principles, where participants create tangible pieces that serve as daily visual reminders.
